Focus on Energy is Wisconsin’s statewide energy efficiency and renewable resource program, serving both residents and businesses with an annual budget of approximately $100 million. The initiative requires a robust digital presence to support education, engagement, and program participation at scale.
The project involved ongoing management and optimization of the organization’s web ecosystem, including site content, traffic monitoring tools, campaign subscriptions, and email communications. Leveraging existing content management systems, the platform was maintained and refined to maximize performance, usability, and reach.
During a major website redesign in 2013, I collaborated with HYC Connect to help define the creative direction and ensure alignment with program goals. Following launch, I served as the CMS liaison between the agency and CB&I stakeholders in Wisconsin, supporting implementation, content governance, and long-term sustainability of the platform.
Role: I led ideation, design direction, and art direction, collaborating with third-party partners to execute web development and serving as a key liaison across agency and client teams.
