Serta, a recognized brand in comfort and ergonomic products, introduced a collection of office chairs designed for both home and professional environments. The goal was to create a cohesive retail experience that effectively communicated comfort, quality, and ergonomic benefits at the point of purchase.
The project encompassed packaging design, point-of-sale materials, and interactive in-store displays. A unified visual system was developed to highlight key product features—such as support, adjustability, and comfort—through clear, benefit-driven messaging and engaging visuals.
Execution extended beyond design into physical installation, ensuring that displays were not only visually compelling but also functional within retail environments. Interactive elements were incorporated to enhance customer engagement and provide a more immersive product experience.
Role: I led ideation, design concepting, and art direction, overseeing packaging execution and collaborating on in-store display installation and interactive retail experiences.
