I serve as team captain for Team Think!, a cycling team supporting the National MS Society through annual charity rides. My involvement began in 2002 as an individual rider and has since grown into leading a team of friends, family, and supporters united by a shared purpose.

Over the years, Team Think! has expanded to include individuals personally impacted by Multiple Sclerosis, bringing deeper meaning and motivation to every mile. What started as a solo effort has become a collective commitment—built on resilience, community, and the drive to make a difference.

As captain, I organize participation, foster team engagement, and help maintain momentum leading up to each event. To date, through the support of friends, family, colleagues, and peers, I’ve raised nearly $100,000 in support of the MS Society—funds that directly contribute to research, treatment, and support for those affected by the disease.

Nearly 1 million people in the United States and more than 2.8 million worldwide live with Multiple Sclerosis—an unpredictable and often disabling disease of the central nervous system. While progress has been made, there is still much work to be done.

We are committed to continuing this effort and making a meaningful impact—but we can’t do it alone.
