Chamberlain manages a portfolio of distinct brand identities across both commercial and consumer markets. On the commercial side, brands such as LiftMaster, Durasol, and Sentex Systems serve specialized needs in industrial door operators, outdoor awnings, and access control systems, with products distributed through a nationwide dealer network. On the consumer side, garage door opener lines are sold through major retailers including Menards, Sears, and Walmart.

Given the importance of its dealer network, Chamberlain developed a dealer extranet to streamline operations and replace outdated manual ordering processes with a centralized digital system.

In parallel, consumer-facing websites—including LiftMaster.com and SentexSystems.com—were developed to strengthen brand presence and improve accessibility for end users.

Role: I led ideation, design concepting, and oversaw production and execution across digital platforms and brand touchpoints.
