Emerald Machine is a specialized metal fabrication shop based in Canaryville, Chicago, producing highly customized components ranging from precision electrical parts to large-scale infrastructure applications such as movable bridges and train hardware.
The project focused on creating a custom photography library that accurately represented the breadth and craftsmanship of their work. Emphasis was placed on capturing both the precision of small-scale components and the scale and complexity of larger industrial applications.
A documentary-style approach highlighted the manufacturing environment, materials, and process—bringing visibility to the expertise and detail behind each fabrication. The resulting imagery supports both marketing and business development efforts by elevating the company’s visual presence and reinforcing credibility across diverse project types.
Role: I led creative direction and executed on-site photography, capturing and producing a cohesive visual library that reflects the company’s capabilities and craftsmanship.
